The Kata Inspired by the reindeer-herding Sami people of Lapland
The Giant Hat Kata (pronounced korta) provides an inspiring alternative to a
marquee, it is a uniquely flexible structure: |
| |
It can be erected with the sides down to resemble a tipi and
will seat 70. It measures 34ft (10.3m) |
It can be erected with the sides up, in which case it resembles
a huge witch’s hat and can seat 130. It measures 42ft (13m) |
Multiple Katas can be joined together to create a vast single
space (the record to date is 13 Katas!) |
| |
Flooring, lighting and
furnishings can be
combined into the design
to create the ambience
you require. We also have
a smaller Kata called a
Kungstornen which can
be utilised as a catering
bar area or as a relaxing
chill-out area. |
